Jo Bird is delighted to announce the successful completion of our roof upgrade project, marking another important milestone in our sustainability journey. We would like to thank John Perkins Construction and BBA Architects Ltd for their expertise and support in bringing this project to life.
The upgrade has significantly improved the amount of renewable energy generated on site, helping move us closer to our long-term environmental goals. Since 2021, this project has enabled us to triple our renewable energy production, while also delivering several key improvements across the facility.
As part of the works, we have removed hazardous materials, improved overall energy efficiency, and installed new signage to proudly reflect who we are and what we stand for. These changes not only enhance our building but also support a safer, cleaner, and more sustainable working environment.
And as a welcome bonus, the project has also returned our car park to full use, helping making life a little easier for everyone on site.
This upgrade demonstrates Jo Bird’s continued commitment to responsible growth and long-term sustainability.
